The Anchor Concrete Machinery Company was founded on May 6, 1905 by John Olsen, J. M. Parsons and Charles W. Bradley in Rock Rapids, Iowa. Its industry was concrete machinery and its headquarters were in Rock Rapids, Iowa (1903-1922) and Adrian, Michigan (1922-1927). In 1927, the company was merged with four other concrete firms to form the Consolidated Machinery Company, based in Adrian, Michigan.
