The Blue Top Brewing Company was founded in 1894 by C. N. Huether and a partner in Berlin (Kitchener), Ontario. Its industry was alcohol and its headquarters remained in Kitchener, Ontario. It was closed in 1920 but reorganized in 1924. It was sold to Canadian Breweries in 1953 who operated it until 1961 when it went defunct.
