The Crown Diamond Paint Company, Ltd. was founded on June 26, 1930 as a subsidiary of the Walpamur Company. Its industry was paints and its headquarters were in Montreal, Quebec. In October 1967, it was purchased by the General Paint Corporation and in 1973 was acquired by SICO, Inc. The company dissolved in 2015.
