The Dulute Gas Engine Works was founded on September 23, 1901 by Adolph A. Williams, Axel E. Zimmerman, and Gustave W. Johnson in Duluth, Minnesota. Its industry was marine and stationary gasoline motors and propellers and its place of operation remained in Duluth, Minnesota. The firm dissolved on March 1, 1920.
