The Fenestra Corporation was founded on September 3rd, 1904 by John G. Rumney in Detroit, Michigan. Its industry was steel doors and leaf springs for trucks and its headquarters was in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. It was acquired by the Marmon Group, Inc. in 1966. It closed down in 1995 after being acquired by the Southwood Door Company.
It owned the Paine Lumber Company from 1985 to 1995.
