
Frankfort Distilleries, Inc. was founded in 1902 by a merger between several companies in Louisville, Kentucky. Its industry was distilling and its headquarters remained in Louisville, Kentucky. It was acquired by the Paul Jones Company in 1922 who consequently changed their name to Frankfort Distilleries, Inc. It was bought by the Seagram-Distillers Corporation in 1943. It was dissolved in the 1960s.
