"Automatic" fire extinguisher manufactured by the Geo. W. Diener Mfg. Co.
The George W. Diener Manufacturing Company was founded in 1899 (incorporated May 23, 1907) by George W. Diener in Chicago, Illinois. Its industry was hardware specialties and fire extinguishers and its headquarters remained in Chicago, Illinois. In 1961, the company shut down and its plant was sold to Edmund A. Juzwik.
