Grove Laboratories, Inc. was founded in 1886 by Edwin W. Grove in Paris, Tennessee. Its industry was pharmaceutical products and its headquarters was in St. Louis, Missouri. It went defunct in 1957 after being acquired by the Bristol-Myers Company.
