The Henry Furnace & Foundry Company was founded in 1898 by Thomas E. Henry in Cleveland, Ohio. Its industry was furnaces and its headquarters remained in Cleveland, Ohio. The Henry-Miller Foundry Company was formed in 1916 after a merger between the T. E. Henry Furnace Company and Medina Foundry Company. In 1943, the company was acquired by the C. A. Olsen Manufacturing Company (later named Luxaire, Inc.). It was later acquired by the Borg-Warner Corporation in 1981.
