The Howe Chain Company was founded in 1914 by Glenn G. Howe in Muskegon, Michigan. Its industry was chains, industrial containers and hauling trucks and its headquarters remained in Muskegon, Michigan. In January 1924, the firm was sold to the Link-Belt Company.
