Its industry was machinery and elevators and its headquarters were in Anamosa, Iowa (1883-1892) and Council Bluffs, Iowa (1892-1978?). The company was acquired by the O'Keefe Elevator Company in 1953 who continued to use the Kimball name until around 1978.
