Landers, Frary & Clark was founded in 1842 by George M. Landers and Josiah Dewey in New Britain, Connecticut. Its industry was housewares and its headquarters remained in New Britain, Connecticut. It dissolved in 1965 after selling its assets to the General Electric Company.
