The Marshall-Wells Company was founded in 1886 by George C. Greenwood, Edwin V. Mundy, and Arthur B. Chapin in Duluth, Minnesota. Its industry was hardware and its headquarters was in New York City, New York.The Duluth branch consolidated with the Kelley-How-Thomson Company in 1958.
