The Mountain State Gas Stove & Manufacturing Company was founded in March 1905 by V. C. Echols, N. G. McGlumphy, Frank Hubbs, O. F. Crow and Irwin Stewart in Moundsville, West Virginia. Its industry was gas stoves, water heaters and stove pipe and its place of operation remained in Moundsville, West Virginia on 10th Street. The company shut down in about 1911.
