Seagram

The Seagram-Distillers Corporation was founded in 1857 by William Hespeler & George Randall in Waterloo, Ontario. Its industry was alcohol and its headquarters was in Montreal, Quebec. It was acquired by the Distillers Corporation in 1928. The company was eventually sold and split up in 2000 and 2002 to Vivendi S.A., Pernod Ricard S.A., Diageo plc, and the Coca-Cola Company.
