The Victor Animatograph Corporation was founded in 1910 by Alexander F. Victor in Davenport, Iowa. Its industry was projection equipment and its headquarters remained in Davenport, Iowa. It was bought by the Curtiss-Wright Corporation in 1946 until 1950. It merged with the Kalart Manufacturing Company in 1957 and its headquarters moved to Plainville, Connecticut. It went defunct in 1989.
