The Volunteer Disc Plow Company was founded in June 1904 by M. Liewellyn, C. A. Raht, S. V. Weeks, L. H. Liewellyn, and R. B. Cooke in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Its industry was disc plows and its headquarters remained in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It existed until at least 1910.
