Its industry was steam shovels and dredges and its place of operation was in Toledo, Ohio (1870-1910) and Evansville, Indiana (1910-1914). In March 1910, the business was taken over by the Bucyrus Company and moved to Evansville, Indiana. The company filed for bankruptcy in 1914 and dissolved by March 1916.
