The Western Implement Manufacturing Company was founded in May 1880 in Atchison, Kansas. Its industry was disc cultivators and grain drills and its headquarters were in Kansas City, Missouri. In 1906 the firm merged with the Fuller Manufacturing Company of East Moline, Illinois. It was operated by T. C. Gaines. It existed until at least 1912.
